AN UPDATE ON OUR RESPONSE TO STAGE 4 RESTRICTIONS IN VICTORIA

Due to the implementation of Stage 4 restrictions on businesses operating in Victoria, Nepean Brokers will be working under changed circumstances from 6 August with all staff working from home, and our offices in Rosebud and Seaford closed until further notice. Please be advised of the following changes to our operations as a result:

• We request that you direct correspondence to us via email to admin@nepean.com.au or to your account manager if you know their email contact details.
• You may telephone our offices as usual, but please note that your call will be automatically re-directed to a central contact who will take your details and have the appropriate staff member respond to you as soon as possible.

During this time of increased stress and anxiety associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, we will do our level best to provide you with an appropriate level of service to meet your requirements, but request your patience and understanding as many of our usual procedures may be at reduced capacity.
